People who take bottles back to stores that they paid deposits on are learning these days that the automatic machines are almost all broken or too dirty to touch where they still exist and they also find out that they have to take their return bottles now to out of the way recycling centers to get money for them because supermarkets including Costco and Walmart no longer have to handle the cans and bottle returns.  Fortunately for them because it has become a complete awful mess.  Now what is happening is that the system is evolving where people putting the deposit on the can or bottle at the store are just expected to be permanently out of the money.  people are now expected to toss the bottles into the recycling blue roller garbage cans so the companies picking up the garbage get to cash in the bottles.  It is a total mess and an unnecessary one.

Venezuelan / Cuban style socialist poverty of a failed socialist state has taken over downtown Portland Oregon..  It is vagabonds, down and out skid row people milling around everywhere,   They are living in makeshift tents on sidewalks and near freeway overpasses with garbage and shopping carts strewn around.  Many look like they just got out of jail or the mental hospital that no longer exists.  They are sleeping in masses in cafe's in daytime with hoods pulled over their faces so they are ready to prowl at night.  Panhandlers in wheel chairs with pathetic cardboard signs are on corners and at night they sleep next to their wheel chairs in entrances to buildings.  Others are lucky they are getting subsidized low cost rents living in brand new spiffy section 8 and 11 housing everywhere in the core of downtown  at the low cost of over $1000 a month for a rabbit hutch size subsidized or unsubsidized unit.  Meanwhile there are other buildings with 500k plus condos right across the st

You might not forever lose your second amendment rights to bare arms when Hillary Clinton , Bernie Sanders is elected or if Obama successfully installs a new supreme court justice in office .  You can ship your guns non United States postal services to a private vault in Switzerland offering the service and when your rights are restored, maybe 50 years from now, you can retrieve your guns as your property and retain them as property in safe keeping.  You will have to act fast NOW to avoid confiscation because the new coming supreme court will also be erasing the 5th amendment and no just compensation for the taking will be required because the coming activist court already has decided that everything the government does is in the name of public safety and therefore there is no just compensation.
